Briefing of Transmission Plant
Founded in May 1996, the transmission plant was put into operation in Nov, 1997.
The transmission plant has introduced advanced technology in medium and later stage of 1990s from Japan, and has advanced technical equipments for pre-heat machining, heat treatment and machining after heat treatment machining, enclosure machining, assembly, inspection and test, etc. QGF adopts integrated control systems of CNC and PLC, and adopts internationally advanced gear shaving, hobbing and reversal deformation technique during machining, so that its productive efficiency and product quality have been greatly improved. The annual production capacity is 120,000 sets.
Presently the plant has been exporting transmission assembly to Japan and other developed countries after engineering quality assessments conducted by Isuzu.
