Introduction of Engine Plant:

  Qingling Engine Plant was founded in Apr 1992 and put into operation in Oct 1994, with more than 50,000 M2 of workshop building area. The plant mainly manufactures advanced I 4J, 4Z, 4K and 6H series of Isuzu gasoline and diesel engines with horse powers ranging from 77 to 280, and with emission control of European III.
The plant introduced advanced technical equipments for machining, assembly and test etc from the developed countries such as Japan, USA and UK etc. The plant also adopts integrated control systems of CNC and PLC and uses cutting tool automatic compensation technology to form an automatic flexible production line with high accuracy and efficiency, with an annual capacity of 150,000 sets.
The plant continuously improves its manufacturing technical level and quality control level, and has passed engineering quality assessments conducted by Isuzu for many times, and obtained the qualification of exporting engines to Japan and other developed countries.
